I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The front desk staff were attentive and were really good too take care of my family's needs. They even helped us during a medical emergency, we got the necessary help and made it back to the airport comfortably. The central location was perfect as we were close to all the attractions in this city, and we could easily explore the area on foot or take the tram. The views from our room were amazing, showcasing the beauty of this city. The hotel was also very clean and modern with great facilities, including a washer and dryer. it was a fantastic experience.

I loved staying here! The location was perfect for exploring the city and Chinatown was just a short walk away. The staff at the reception desk were so friendly and welcoming every day. The room was really well-equipped with ironing facilities and a washing machine, which made my stay much more comfortable. The indoor swimming pool and fitness center were fantastic and I really appreciated the free Wi-Fi.
I highly recommend this hotel, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. It is right in the heart of the city and close to trams, making it easy to explore and get around. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing quick assistance when needed. The rooms are well-equipped and the facilities such as the pool and sauna are top-notch.
There were some issues with housekeeping during our stay, which could have been improved.

I had a fantastic stay at Avani Melbourne Central Residences. The location was ideal, within walking distance to everything in the CBD and close to tram lines for further exploration. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The apartment itself was clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a kitchen and laundry facilities. The wifi was fast and reliable, and the nespresso machine was a nice touch. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Avani. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Melbourne.
